Does anyone have a good recipe for "hash browns"? I have tried recipes from a couple of different books but they just dont seem to come out for me. My attempts have been stringy, cooked (or overcooked) on the outside, but still "crunchy"in the middle. Maybe I am just doing something wrong? ........ is there a secret to success?

Hahaha Tadpole, it is very possible that someone is making heeeeeeaaaaaapppppps of "Dough" in there, there is a few folk on here that never let an opportunity pass them by. :)

Don't tell me Seth has cornered The Hash Brown market now????

Better look out for food poisoning if he has.

1000s will get very sick some will even die.

Will Seth care?? I think not . He will be to busy

trying to avoid paying tax.
