Koala throws hilarious tantrum after being ousted from its tree

This video is kind of heartbreaking and kind of hilarious too. This koala gets kicked out of its tree by a bully koala, which is a bit harsh, and the young one certainly lets the bigger koala know (as well as the whole neighbourhood) how put out it is by the ousting. It's the cutest tantrum you ever saw. The adorable little blighter got the last laugh though, as it was back in its tree by nightfall.

I was wondering if the other koala was its mother and she was encouraging independence in the little one, like encouraging it to find its own tree? Perhaps she had another young one in her pouch to bring up? 

 

Ummmm.....No expert but as I understand the whole 'home range trees/food tree' situation with koalas is pretty complex given their natural instinct to be 'very territorial'....

Similarly believe  they are very aware and sensitive to stranger/foreigner koalas  in their midst, and which koalas belong to which tree or koala colony etc....

Looking at the video quietly wondering if it's an older larger male koala with a smaller 'outsider/drifter'/'wandering' adolescent male, with the older, larger koala sort of exerting dominance in relation to territorial boundaries...dunno....Very cute, but don't really see the smaller animal as a baby koala..

No surprise then given the complexity surrounding the 'territorial boundary home range tree' bizzo, a road placed through a strip of bushland that is koala territory is never a simple matter ....and a really big deal for these animals it seems...

I KNOW I SHOULDNT LIKE THIS VIDEO,    BUT I LOVE IT,    IT REMINDS ME OF A LITTLE KID,    WHO CANT GET HIS OWN WAY,     THE LOOK ON ITS FACE ARE PRICELESS,
