Having checked out the much publicised Grocery Choice website, my only comment is "what a joke". The site will be updated once a month, so the one thing you can be assured of is that we will know how much MORE our groceries are costing us each month. It certainly isn't going to tell us where to shop for the best value. There is no indication of inidivudal item costs or specifics on quantities/type of meat and seafood. Thirteen million dollars wasted, and what are the ongoing costs for maintaining this rubbish. Mr. Rudd is continually stating that Labour are doing things that the opposition never did or thought of doing during their 12 years in power- he maybe right, but I hope he will also acknowledge that he is using the funds raised by the previous government to squander on these ridiculous schemes.
