Easy, Healthy, Cheap, nice and quick.for one or many!
Just cut the crusts from large slices of your
choice bread.
Butter both sides and place each slice in
a muffin cup/tray.
Cook until crispy around 8-1o mins. Watch them.

Make some thickish white sauce and mix can
red or pink salmon into it and spoon into the cases
you have made. Cook short time watch them.
Can sprinkle grated cheese and parsley etc on top
Very quick for one or many.
We love them and enjoy salmon for the Omegas.
