Wowee I never knew this did you?

If you paint your smallest room in the house bright orange it helps the Lymphatic system release everything much better,  making things work really really well. Well I just heard it on a health program on tele. so they would not lie now would they?

..

Hmmm Now to "get around my cute husband" and get him to paint at least one "small Room orange".

after prunes & flax seed washed down with poo juice whilst standing upside down on a rattle plate, I am sure that a bright orange room be be a definite overkill Phyl.  If not, make sure that Peter paints the room immediately adjacent to the toilet !!!!  You wont have a lot of time to run.

But it would look atrocious

If you need a migraine, that should be great.

BUT But but Orange is a lovely colour being it is the colour of the sun.

Our three Salt lamps are all orange and SO beautiful (we just bought lumps of rock ones but no two are ever the same as the carved ones re elephants and a multitude of other shapes are SO much more expensive because of the  work in carving and the delicate nature of the work but we absolutely love the natural rock (not sure why they are all orange but do know we can buy a coloured globe anyway but the hundreds on the stall in the mall were all orange and all beautiful.

..

I know I know I can hear many from here asking "DO THEY WORK THOUGH". I think YES but mildly, but there is a taste of salt in the mouth which is very mild and not nasty at all and when you do the following exercise it is easy and clear to breathe and Peter is slightly better which is what we wanted.

Using forefinger and thumb... close one nostril and breath slowly and deeply via the other one.  Close both off and swallow......Breath out the other nostril....close off the one you breathed into first and breathe deeply via the other one and close of both and swallow...breathing out the other one. Can you breathe o.k. no difficulty? Well I feel the salt lamps help.  No not a miracle but any port in a storm for our health hey?

Be good

Phyl.

I can see that the lamps would looks rather nice Phyl--because they are a small item and carved and so are a form of art but having a whole room painted bright orange would be so much different, being a flat surface, it would not have the same appeal.

Seggie. Hi Phyl. I love the colour orange as it is a good-feeling colour but a whole room, not sure about that.  I thought, maybe the little room would be a great place for Peter as painting is not easy if one has breathing difficulties.  Even the back wall of your toilet would be OK. Being silly, what about the side walls painted with blackboard paint and then you and Peter could (separately of course) write messages to each other. Or a handy hint if you think of it. Personally I often get great thoughts in the little room.  Stop laughing, you lot!  Once again, love to all.

Hey Seggie,  Do you actually have great thoughts in the little room.  That is definitely missuse of my library !!!

Some people do have magazines in the toilet as sitting for longer is supposed to be a good idea but me being me would HAVE to think germs - Can I help it? no because we is wot we is.

..

Seggie! you know what?  in our own bathroom just we use,  I think a part of one wall being a blackboard would be   f.a.n.t.a.s.t.i.c.  I absolutely Love that idea. and on the day before Christmas it will come to pass :) true. Thank ya kindly mam.

Mmmmm, orange little room, I like orange so I think that could work.

I'm with your Phyl on the magazines in the toilet.

Seggie. No magazines in our toilets thank you but seriously, Innes, sometimes the brain will kick in and solve a problem.  I've been told I'm unusual but then that was corrected and this person said I'm weird.  I'd rather be weird than dull.  You all keep me interested so you can all have an extra serve of plum pud.but not too many drinks. Love to all.

Could you make that Christmas pudding with Mollasses instead of any sugar Seggie?

and prunes instead of other fruit? And wholewheat flour? and yoghurt instead of cream?

..

On second thoughts forget that and I will have a big slice of real Christmas Pud. and double cream just for Christmas lol. Give  a yell when it is made and we can have it warm  Seggie.

Thank you Seggie, I love Plum Pudding, I think I might have mine with hot custard, a favourite in our house hold, we often have it during the year after a roast dinner.

Seggie.  Forgive me if I'm in the wrong spot but I wanted to tell you about another great website I have been told about.

www.africam.com

You will see 3 views and sometimes there are animals at the waterholes. Yesterday it was a herd of elephants and a loan giraffe. Today it's just the lone elephant. You have to wait for the ads.to finish but sound on and it's amazing, to me anyway. Love to see animals in the wild.  You have to be patient as sometimes, there aren't any animals but at the moment, as I said, an elephant.  Don't you  love them?

Seggie. Ooops, there, I've done it again. Typed loan elephant instead of lone. Sorry about that. Too many drinks is my excuse, cups of tea, that is!
