LOL Phyl, I don't have to go and get Hubby to go buy some, I already have it in my cupboard, I use it regularly in my casseroles and soups etc. It also is supposed to help in the prevention of Elzheimers, not sure how many tests for that one has been done though.

Yep quite right on Alzheimers - I use it too but also it is good if cooking steamed rice and want the Asian one yellow rice - easy add it and then add whatever beef or chicken and other bits like prawns not to leave out the garlic and ginger both good for your health and on the super foods list of natural medicines used before doctors came along and got taken up by Big Pharma.

And we all know the poor old docs only get re-educated by taking those long weeks seminars in awful places all expenses paid like Holiday Islands off the Queensland coast dont we - so they write all those lovely scripts. Adn even have to take the family !!! Bit like our Mps they are.

Well shortage of doctors due mine told me because the AMA allocated 55% of the places to women who once married often to male doctores work part time and so no time to go back to school or Uni etc and anyway most of them survive on grants from same old big pharma anyway along with all those experiments on what we need by way of their beneficial with no side effects of course drugs manufactured often from the very same plants etc from which come the Natural OTC meds they want to ban in America! Wonder why!
