For goodness sake Victorians have you nothing better to do in your parliament except to pass such silly laws. i couldn't care less if someone drops his daks. If I'm close enough with a stick it would get a big wack on the arse.

Victoria should spend more time tightening bail laws and giving murderers and paedophiles longer sentences rather than worrying about a bit of harmless fun. I wonder if a nice shapely female "moon" would attract the same sentence as an ugly, hairy male "moon"?
