Phyl, What do we have to do? It's in Chinese!

Hi Koko SO sorry! I had seen this on another Seniors site as you may have.

BUT a friend sent it to me today saying it is used to help patients in rehab.

so I just put what she gave me in my post. You start on start of course we all

know this :) then press on each circle memorizing "lowest to highest"

which helps our brains I was told....First time maybe over 100 until you learn to memorize

then you may get to 50 and after that whatever you bring up can get lower which

is supposedly your real brain age. We are quite excited as Peter gets to 28 a lot

and I get 31 often, but not all the time either. I kept it up today and every now and again

either of us play it.

I think it is really good. I will try and find the full version which explains it better

than I did.
