Good for him, I don't know how many seniors, families and low income earners are surviving with the increases in energy bills and on top of rates, water and other hikes.  In Queensland Anna Bligh faithfully (?!) promised a reduction in power bills when she sold the energy generation that was contributing to the State's coffers.  Since then the bills have risen in leaps and bounds.
