Meghan, 40, (top, with Harry) sued Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), the publisher of The Mail On Sunday and MailOnline, over five articles that reproduced parts of a 'personal and private' letter to Mr Markle, 77. ANL has brought an appeal against a High Court judge's decision to grant Meghan summary judgment - meaning she won her case without a trial. During the hearing this week, ANL's lawyers told senior judges they want to rely on new evidence from Jason Knauf - former communications secretary to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex - who claimed that the duchess wrote the letter with the understanding that it could be leaked. In one message (left) she said Harry faced 'constant berating' from the Royal family over Meghan's strained relationship with her father. I thought that red dress was entirely inappropriate to wear to a memorial service.
Wish this pair would leave the other members of the royal family alone, after all they chose to leave.
RnR - I thought the same about that dress. I'm afraid Meghan is all full of her self., will do anything to get publicity. Her father Thomas Markle should just walk away from the situation. There are many families out there that have distorted views on the parents/children's behaviour. There is an old saying about children,"When they're young, they break your arms, and when they're old, they break your heart".
she looks like she is pregnant ?? or gained a lot of weight ???
She should sue them for taking and posting a photo like that of her.
Love the saying Hola
Looking typically stylish, Princess Anne's daughter (pictured) opted for a mid-length blue coat for the occasion, which she teamed with a pair of black heeled boots and a part-leather handbag

Looks like randy Andy is getting deeper and deeper into the poo according to the evidence by the man on the left who worked for paedophile Epstein, best friend of Andrew! He saw everything and is not keeping quiet.
Disgusting degenerate. I hope the law catches up with him.

Charles is the most prepared heir to a throne that the world has had!
Is Charles ready to be king?Woman's Day team 16 hrs ago © Provided by Are Media Pty Ltd Prince Charles has been preparing for more than seven decades to take his place on the throne – and now that moment is imminent, Charles has confessed he is far from ready.Prince Charles has been preparing for more than seven decades to take his place on the throne – and now that moment is imminent, Charles has confessed he is far from ready.
In an intimate mother-son exchange last month, shortly after the Queen's return from hospital, sources say Charles, 73, confided his fears to his 95-year-old mother, even going so far as to suggest passing the crown on to his son, Prince William.
"It was an incredibly raw exchange," says a palace insider.
"Having Ma'am in hospital triggers all kinds of protocol in the event of her passing – and Charles was affected by it.
"His time at the climate summit reaffirmed what he really wants to do – activism."
There's no doubt the younger and arguably more popular, William, 39, is more than capable of stepping into the role of king.

"Charles pointed out that William has Kate – and unlike Camilla, Kate's always been adored by the public and could be a more effective queen," adds the insider.
"He also argued from a cost-saving perspective, isn't it best to pay for just one coronation instead of two in the space of a few years?

No wonder the Queen, a very nice lady I might add, is getting so ill. She is fed up with the antics of randy Andy. They should send him to live in Transylvania in brother Charles's house
The man on the left looks like Jean-Luc Brunel who used to run Epsteins brothels securing all the prostitutes for Epstein through a model agency, he introduced the above sex worker to Epstein.
No, he is not. He is Steve Scully who worked as the telecommunications man on Epstein's island....
Scully is speaking to 7NEWS Spotlight from his tropical home in the US Virgin Islands.
He is now 72 and retired but, for almost seven years in the early 2000s, he was the telecommunications specialist on Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean island.
For the past two decades, Scully has been abiding by a strict code of silence maintained by those close to – and employed by – the disgraced financier and convicted child sex offender.
But as a father of three daughters, he says he is refusing to keep quiet any longer about what he claims he witnessed on the multi-millionaire’s island and the way young girls were treated there.
The ramifications could hardly be more serious because, among the rich and famous people Scully says he encountered on the island, is Prince Andrew.
He claims he saw the Duke engaging in sexual foreplay with a 17-year-old girl by a swimming pool on the island – and that her name is Virginia Giuffre.
Virginia Giuffre was procured for Epstein and Andrew by his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell ( monster) when Virginia worked as a locker attendant at Trump's Mar-a-Lago hotel in Florida.
"According to the report, Sharon Churcher, the journalist who first revealed that Giuffre was among Epstein’s victims, told New York publisher Tony Lyons that Giuffre lied about her age when she met Epstein.
“She took a year off [her age]. Apparently she was 16, not 15, when she was recruited [by Epstein]. But she’d been on the game for about a year then. Epstein’s women were – he basically had prostitutes,” the paper quoted Churcher as saying about Giuffre, citing a transcript of her conversation with Lyons.
Churcher was quoted as saying that Giuffre was “suing everybody,” including Epstein’s lawyer, Harvard professor Alan Dershowitz. “The idea is that he will then pay her off. This really is blackmail,” she said, adding that Giuffre would “just move on to other people”
As Harry and Meghan have stepped aside from the royal family, I think they should stop using any royal titles ... become Mr and Mrs.
But they want their cake and eat it too Axel!
As regards to Andrew the jury is out, well at least the jury has not even been called so we don't know the whole truth as yet so I think we should wait and see before we judge anyone. I personally feel the media is having a field day with this story and the public are buying it to feed them.
Totally over the antics of Harry and Meghan and the denials from Andrew.
Poor Queen Elizabeth.

There is nothing poor about the Elizabeth (The Queen is given a single payment by the government every year ... this was set at £85.9m )

she s now picking up seeds she has sewn.
There are an awful lot more commoners with much more cash flow than HM has Suze.
People forget that.
As "royalty" by it's nature demands privilege and respect, if the court goes against Prince Andrew, I think he should be stripped of all royal titles. Another "Mr" ...
