Trust me if Mum or Dad lays down in the aisle and puts on a similar tantrum as said kid that kid even if just 3 does not play up in the supermarket again - far too embarrassed lol.

That is not a theory Phyl. My wife pulled that one on 2 of our kids, when they were quiet young. The kids never put on an act in the supermarket again.

:-/ I used to paste a big smile on my face, hold their hand and squeeze firmly until said child shut up.



You can't even give them a quick tap on the bum these days or ....... interfering adult tantrum.

Isn't it interesting that "they" have made it illegal to smack their bottoms or even shout at them, BUT they blame us for the behavour of our children & then send them to Afghanistan. I don't know who "they" are, but we the voters, put "them" there.

My computer reminds me of my kerosine fridge, it would play up at the time you needed it most and if it was lighter I would have thrown it out the door many a time, with the computer I just scream and shout at it and wish I had a good friend that could wave a magic wand and fix it for me. As for screaming children, now that I am a grandmother I do all the things I would never do with my own and frustrate my daughters completely --I call it payback time . talk about computer flips, I thought I was being real clever being friendly with the help button, until it got friendly back and said " oh yes madam I remember you, have a happy christmas".
