i have left my church 6 weeks ago. the reasons are varied. i have been slandered by one woman , bullied by another, ripped off by another , looked at as tho i had just crawled from under a rock and had nasty letters sent to me by three women  when i wouldn't speak to the slanderer,  given some wool by the co-ordinator of the womens group with which i was to knit beanies etc for the church and  had it taken off me again 4 days later by a woman who said she needed it to make a set of beanie scarf and gloves .being a long term member of the church she is friends with the elders wife and so she told elders wife that she asked for it back because i wasn't using it .how did she know i hadn't started using it . .i was knitting pure wool jumpers for the men in a church related group for drug and alcohol rehab and the wife of the man running it left me holding two new jumpers which were intended for the remaining two guys  b ut she never came for them and i had rung her on numerous occassions . i was telling the co-ordinator about this and she said well give them to the homeless so i gave them to her to pass on,however while talking on the phone about the woman who took the wool back i told her i would rather give people things than take them and the co-ordinator said yes ,you gave me ..... and she stopped there so i don't know whether she passed them on or whether she kept them for her own family or friends .i am sooo over this church and the minister is calling in tomorrow to see why i left lol well i hope he has a couple of hours to spare while i tell him .
