Has anyone had problems getting NZ pension paid into Australia?

My sister came over in April 21 to help me out and is stuck here due to Covid restrictions, and NZ are saying they'll cut her pension at the end of October if she doesn't return.

She has a flight booked for Sept 25 but problem is, she has been trying to get a booking in MIQ since June but it keeps saying, closed till Aug, go in Aug closed till Sept , go in Sept closed till Nov, so how is she supposed to get a booking if it is never open? Also if it is fully booked how did those people get a booking??

I have tried many avenues trying to get some sense from this but NZ are saying "you came knowing of covid so too bad" but the Delta strain wasn't even heard of at that time in April.

So for 60 plus years she has paid her taxes in NZ but needing it now and NZ say, sorry don't want to know you.

Told her to apply for Aust Pension but of course she doesn't fit criteria of having been here 2 yrs plus.

STUCK!!!!!   Anyone have ideas please?
