 Hmm NICE

D..A..G..S..

Yes an excellent recipe for weight reduction - I can personally recommend it - lost a kilo every day but if I do not get of it soon I thing I will die of starvation but it sure is YUMMY !!!

I can see Phyl has you on that diet too your wings are stopping their vibrant flap.

As long as you keep mixing the dissolved gelatine well into the low cal. juice you will do o.k.

Silly billys.

Phyl Why are we mixing dissolved gelatine into low cal juice  ??????

Only for folk wanting to curb their appetite Sandi.

3 teaspons of gelatine mixed into some hotish water and something added to make it easier to drink to fill a large glass,  1/2 to 1 hour before the main meal each day.

Maybe everyone knows to have a slice of Rye bread for brekky. each morn. IF they want to feel fuller for the day and eat a bit less.

Yes and you $%it house bricks............oooooo that hurt.

Phyl :)

Rye bread ? I have to have Soy and Linseed bread to stop the flushes. Besides it is yummy !!!

Me too Abby darn, darn darn still flushing.

I usually have Soy and Linseed for lunch with plenty in the freezer.

Had to go off HRT on Surgeon's orders

I have one slice S&L bread for breakfast and one with dinner  and find it very effective, the Coles Soy and Linseed makes very nice toasted fingers and do not need spread.

Yes it is very sad about the side effects of HRT.

Davey :)

This is woman's business
