I want to know why the classification (by the Government) is different for solar heating systems that use PV (Photovoltaic) cells and other types of heating that still use the sun's energy? The PV cells are much more expensive, but although the cost is high for other types of solar heating, why can't we get a rebate for these systems too? Are we not alsocontributing to saving the planet?
