So easy Ice Cream and very yummy and good calcium :)

The basic recipie is  just 600 mL of cream whipped to soft peaks with 1 can of condensed milk (which has been chilled in the fridge), you do need  a blender or a mixer of some sort. You can add extra sugar but I didn't and it was plenty sweet enough It is also REALLY  rich and super creamy.

If you leave it in the freezer for a couple of days it goes really hard so you might need to give it a chance to thaw just a little before serving.

Let's know what you think of it? We love it.  I make it in a springform tin and slice it like a cake :)

'Ave a good Monday folks.

Sounds good, can you fold fruit through it too?

Absolutely V.

Hi Phyl, I will loook like the Michelin blimp if I try all your recipes.  Sounds yummy, but I live on my own, so would have to eat it all myself.  Will give the recipe to my daughter, and maybe have a taste if she makes it.

Pommy I have made this one  with 300 ml Cream and 1/2 tin of condensed milk and it is really good and a more useable quantity for just one for a couple of days. We do love our sweets but I count calories every day >>  boring yes I know lol.

Can you imagine anyone buying 60 x 1 kilo bags mixed blueberries and blackberries and raspberries? but the first 30 bags were just $5 until they went up to $7 but still a great buy as they are delic. and we have a huge freezer.

I would rather something light on toast or a sandwich plus a bigger sweet lol. rather than a big meal and luckily Peter accommodates me sometimes but I still have what I want anyway and make him a cooked meal at other times.

Thanks Phyl, my Mum used to make something like that when I was a kid. We will give it a go over xmas.
