Scone recipe

Very similar to Faye's.
4 cups S.R Flour, 300 mils cream, 1 cup water, pinch salt.
Sift flour into bowl with salt, place all other ingredients into bowl and combine with broad blade knife or spatula only using hands at the last minute to bring all together as the heat from your hands can make protien in the flour become hard during cooking and scones can be tough.
Cook at high heat for 12-13 minutes
