RIP the great man.
Bruce Ruxton, probably the last of a breed of men and women, who were unafraid to speak their mind, and didn't give a tinker's what anyone thought of him.
To me, Bruce Ruxton was a man full of life in every sense of the meaning. A passionate man with unlimited enthusiasm for his beliefs.
His morals and ethics were not manufactured from the prevailing trends, but came from the heart.
I'm glad in a way his mind started to fail him in those last years...as it would have broken his heart to see how mealy mouthed we've all become....too frightened to say what we mean.
Bruce epitomised the true Aussie, the real Aussie....almost non-existent now.
There'll never be another Bruce, and the world is a poorer place.
RIP my friend.
