Hi all

I was granted unlimited portability a few years ago and have lived in Thailand permanantly. Im considering returning to Australia full time

I also have an apartment here which is fully declared and I would need to sell that and buy another back in OZ

Can anyone forsee any problems regarding re entering Australia permanantly after having Thailand as my principle residance?

I know I would need to wait a few months before getting my pensioner card back but as a home owner that wont be a problem
