Retirement

I have reached the pension but my husband has not and still works. I wondered if I am entitled to anything?

Forgot to ask whether you have tried to do it by using the shortcut keys instead of the right mouse click - it works for me on all browsers. For Windows it's Control + C (copy), Control +  V (paste). Same for Mac only using the Command key.

Hey!! What do you know - that actually works

Thanks jaywalker !!! :)

Hi Abby & jaywalker.  I just tried control + C then Control + V & it posted V on it's own.  Nothing else.  What am I doing wrong?

did you hold the contriol key down while clicking on c & v

They both have to be held down at same time , not control then c or v

I highlighted what I wanted to copy and paste

then Press control + C

 then click into reply box

Press control + V

I still cannot get over the fact it works - just have to remember how its done, a little slower than copy and paste with a mouse which I am used to but sure a lot quicker than opening a new browser.

Glad it worked for you. There is a useful list of short-cut keys here:

And if you have a Mac like me it's the same except you use command+C etc

Yes I am tickled pink jaywalker - you have me walking around singing your praisesflNo I have Windows XP - thanks for the link.

I just wanted to let you all know that I put my shortcut onto Explorer & it all works OK now.  Thank you all
