Try Insight as they are really great, that is, unless someone can recommend anyone else.

Experience is the name of the game and beware anyway, of your tour leader taking you to restaurants, etc. They are getting a kick-back and sometimes the meals are very expensive. We loved Insight but we found it better to buy your own lunch unless money is no problem.
