Radishes Green Mango Salad

Green Mango Salad

Done well, this should be crunchy, fresh, spicy, sour, and a little bit funky. Taste as you go and adjust as needed.

Thank you Sandi. Sounds good. Will have a go when I buy the ingrediens. Would be a nice salad at Christmas also, as people do like to try new things. Not that we have anyone at Christmas other than the 2 of us :(

Give me your address Phyl. I'll be there.

Is Foxy invited?

That recipe is almost the same as mine Phyl, it's a lovely refreshing salad and just something so different to the usual.

There will just be 4 for our Christmas lunch. Not sure what we will be having yet.  Long range forecast says it will be about 25 C,  If it's really hot we may have seafood,  I really miss my hot lunch as it doesn't seem like Christmas without it but the 2 kids said seafood if it's hot.

Had curry for lunch today Sandi...wish we had some of that salad to go with it!!

Hmm something is playing tricks on me.  I replied to you Fleur and it was there but has now gone.  At least I fixed the picture.

It's a lovely salad and I like it when I make Thai Fried Fish.  I love Thai/Vietnamese food.
