Princess Josephine

Yay for this family and what a good job Crown Princess Mary has done.  Nice photo for a young mother and infant daughter who have only just arrived.

A gorgeous family indeed.

I think Princess Mary and her husband Prince Frederik, have, by their personalities and demeanour, made royalty  more popular in general , in Australia...and to a degree have extended that popularity to the English royal Family.

It must always be a tough job with cameras continually thrust into one's face.  They show amazing restraint, which is good because any reaction is newsworthy for the social pages.  I sure hope Australian authorities help them out and they do, in subtle ways of course.

Not sure about the Danish Royal Family making the British Royal Family more popular in Australia.  However, I was interested in Prince Frederik's comments regarding the progress Denmark is making in facing future population growth and climate change.  Interesting to hear that through research and development, CARBON PRICING, and alternative eneryg sources Denmark has become one of the most energy-efficient nations in the world.  Perhap Australia has something to learn from our Royal visitors and the policies thier country is adopting.

Did you know that Aussie Icom Vegemite is banned in Denmark???

I have been to Denmark...they are a pack of wimps just like dead wet fish.

Mary has had lots of schooling to play her role...she gets paid well too.

Well not many people except Australians like the Aussie Icon Vegemite now owned by an American company.  Glad you have been to Denmark.  Sorry you did not enjoy your visit and the Danes disappointed you.
