Popular breakfast radio host calls time
RN Breakfast host Fran Kelly announced on Thursday that her days presenting the popular Radio National program will come to an end in December.
Since 2005, Ms Kelly has been the voice that presented the popular breakfast program, and the ABC announced that she will still play a key role with the broadcaster in 2022 and beyond.
Ms Kelly told listeners that the difficult breakfast shift, which involves getting up at 3am this morning, had finally taken its toll.

Here's a side of Kelly that not a lot of people have heard. She was the lead singer of a band called Toxic Shock which released only one song in 1981 called Intoxicated. It can he heard in this link. https://youtu.be/FRYlWZpxBOw
