Yes that is a very good idea

I've been doing the Flu tracking now for several years

I get an email reminder every Monday

Thanks, Suze, it is a great idea and would be great if everyone did it as it would make it so easy to see where the danger are, at a glance-- yes I get it every Monday to takes seconds to do.
