Physiotherapist shares one sure-fire method to get you moving

YourLifeChoices is partnering with researchers from the University of Sydney’s Charles Perkins Centre Musculoskeletal Research Hub on ‘The Buddy Study’ – a program that aims to not only get you moving, but also to enhance the physical and mental benefits of exercise. This study is aimed at helping older people with back pain by analysing whether exercising with a buddy is better than exercising alone.

People who can't fit into jeans they wore aged 21 'are more likely to get diabetes' but it CAN be reversed

UK study took 12 people with type 2 diabetes with a normal weight and put them on low calorie diet. Once they shed 10-15% of their weight 8 of them went into remission.

Talking of weight this time 18 months ago I was looking at the scales at 86.6kgs.

So I started to take bread out of my diet, and do a bit more walking, I got down to 80.6kgs and left it at that.   Since the Stroke I was 77.4kgs in hospital and told not to get anymore weight off.   Today I am weighing in at 76.4kgs.  Not sure why I am loosing anymore weight, but I find I have lost my appetight   now I am worried I may get more weight off!

My younger son in Sydney is very tall and had problems with weight, he went down to 70, told him to change his doctor as they were treating him for Type Two Diabetics when he was Type One!
