if its up to the department of social security to decide the rate of

the pension rise. it will have nothing to do with the cpi.

i`m not sure what 1.5 percent rise is , -but as i said if the final decision is down to social security. the pension risr will not be much

if any better than past rises.--and they need to live on the pension to understand that what the fortnightly rate is,-does not keep up with todays cost`s of living.
