Once again, my neighbours have gone on holiday - I think they may be teachers. Once again, they've left their dogs at home alone. Not completely alone, there's some-one who comes in once a day, for about 20 minutes, to feed and exercise them. The rest of the time we have to put up with the dogs howling. Not only that, they now have threee dogs, and the puppy is the worst of them all. It howls, yips and barks.
