Old Goats

A group of Americans was travelling by tour bus through Holland. As they stopped at a cheese farm, a young guide led them through a process of cheese making, explaining that goats' milk was used.

She showed the group a lovely hillside where many goats were grazing. These, she explained, were the older goats put out to pasture when they no longer produced.

She then asked, "What do you do in America with your old goats?"

Fred answered, "They send us on bus tours, or make us go play Bingo."

Hi , hello to all , bit late , but that made me smile on a cool Qld afternoon . Joined a few weeks ago , so I have just been reading and looking around the site . I find it funny to have to go to the last post to read the newest entry . I would have thought all the new postings would be first ... not complaining just thinking out loud ... *,* ... hi tupence hopefully this sight will get better although still not a word from admin,strange.i had trouble logging in today first time thats happened although alot have had that problem and sadly we havent heard from a few for a while,it is very frustrating i can see why some would give up.well thats my whinge for the day,so if you feel like one yourself go ahead we are here to listen!take care

Hello Tuppance,What a great name.I realy like it.As Zzenda has stated we have had quite a few issues with this site and a lot of our friends are not posting as much, but as the problems get sorted out no doubt they will be back.Till then welcome we look forward to reading your post.cheers Wobbly.

Thanks to both of you , I guess It is like most sites they all have their problems . You all come across as a friendly bunch , I will try to fit in , although I might go AWOL , from time to time . I have been trying to edit my profile , but the adds are covering the edit click at the botom of the profile page .. ohhh well , might just leave well enough alone .. Tupps
