When do you leave Jags?

driving down to sydney tomorrow. catching up with an old business colleague over the weekend and then  fly to AKL on Sunday. Return in the second week of Oct

Looks like we may have a slight detour from our trip in a couple of weeks. not sure yet. might have to head to Abu Dhabi for a few days to help a mate out with a consultancy arrangement for a few days.

Have a good holiday. Will you be participating in the forum .

when i am sitting on the balcony of the hotel, having a glass or 2.

taking ipad with me of course.

i'm sure maggs and abbey will be glad not to hear from me for a few days.

You sure are planning a drag of a holiday if you are going to spend it on a Senior's Forum - you might just as well stay at home.

Are you staying at St Moritz or lakeside Novotel in Queenstown

Missus booked a 2 bedroom serviced apartment. We are there for a few days, and we are having friends who now live in Christchurch come over and stay with us.

Mate in Abu Dhabi Skyped me earlier today. Looks like we may be on an all expenses paid trip to UAE, in return for a lucrative few days of consulting and preparation of blueprints.

havent worked for a couple of years but I still felt an adrenaline rush at the thought of flying on short notice to meet a client. Rather surprised at my reaction. Thought I'd be over that stuff by now. One of the reasons I chucked it in, the constant pressure to deliver.

Wow sounds great , if you would like to meet Mae sing out she owns half of Queenstown and has an office in Hong Kong where she spends half her time . But she is usually in Queenstown during the kids holidays .

Time to get your mobile phone into action Pete :)

Been on it for ages Abb

Peta

It is Abby

Yeah! You are working it pretty good now :)

Lushy....I found that very interesting, So it was you that owned the ski lodge, Now I understand why the bar never closed, sorry about abby and her accident, were you able to get a 2nd hand wheel chair,? a new one wouldn't pay, seeing she is not as young as she was. We had a holiday over there in the early fifties, traveled over by boat, ideal.

Lushy on hols with me and the new wheelchair

I never realised how debonair lushy was, the dark glasses help,

Is he smiling because your in a wheelchair? or because he is going to tip you out?

Never realised you were a couple Abby . Sorry to hear about the wheel chair is it permanent.

Yes seth

Lushy really scrubs up well

He just might tip me in so that he can be my hero and rescue me

Ahhh Abby love overcomes all, so happy for you!

Thank you Viv :)

thats Abby's underwater wheelchair. it goes real fast and has altimeter fer when she is high. Thats nice pic Abby. I remember that wen we were in Jamaica.

Sum Moo Kow owned the Jamaica Hotel there and needed us over there for consulting on managment of her varoius businesses.

Hey Jags how the travels going

If Jaguar was going to spend it on a Senior's Forum - he might just as well stay at home.

Hi Pete

In Te Anau at the moment

left Queenstown this morning. Did not meet Mae :(

glad we flew into Queenstown. Views were breathtaking.

about to head off for dinner.

milford Sound cruised booked for tomorrow

Hi Jags shame you didn't meet Mae. She is quite a big wheel these days. She divides her time between Honkers and Queenstown . I am in Bowral at the moment in the Southern Highlands staying at Berida Manor great olde worldly joint . I am down here to watch my youngest daughter Hacking and Jumps at an interschools .Going to dinner tonight with old friends . You will love Milford sound . I must tell you the story of when Nickerless Mãddÿ and I flew from Queenstown to Milford Sound in a white out .

Wasn't it nice for lushy to drop in just to bring us up to date, haven't heard from him for awhile, thought abby had either run over him with her wheel chair or he was in rehab.

Whether you are looking to head off on an international adventure or to explore the great southern land called Australia, The Travellers Corner is the perfect place to ask for advice on anything travel - flights, airlines, cruises, bus tours, solo travel and much more. The Travel section of our website is filled with great domestic and international travel experiences and deals.

Travel experiences not Health issues . Abbey if you have health issues please post under appropriate area and leave travel to its purpose.

So if others have travel experiences lets here them if not let those who do share .

So jags there I was at Christchurch airport trying to load sweet Pam onto a plane when the same plane that was to turn around and depart was bringing in  Nickerless Mãddÿ .

It is Abby, not Abbey. You have been told b4. Please refrian from tellin Abby where to post - you are not entitled to do so. Don't get me mad matey.

I agree Lushy, I just like the way you come in with the right words for the moment!!!

Pete and Jag seem to get on as if just one person, talking to himself, isn't that mental?

Wotz goin on ere. Has Abby been posting here usual rubbish and her 2 mentally challenged knights have come to her rescue?

surprised the bowel/entrail eatin male nurse hasn't joined in as well

Pete and Jaguar,

This thread now is  nothing to do with travel.  You pair have turned it into your own personal blog so I suggest Pete that you don't tell other people what to do when you are not doing the right thing either.

I suggest you exchange email addresses if you want to talk about your sexual exploits because a public Forum is not the place to do it.

The old saying "True gentlemen don't kiss on tell" shows you both for what you are.

Definitely not Gentlemen !!!!

Most Ladies of my account, and there have been quite a few , would not use the expression " get stuffed" . Certainly not my Grandmother Lady Brokenshire.

Could have fooled me, going by some of your exoressions they must made wonderful family discussions at your dining table.

Pete

With your discriminatory and sexist nature that may be the only type of language you understand.

The fuddy duddies are at it again.

If you are not interested in this thread, don't read .

Pete

did you visit the Bradman museum in Bowral?

We went there a few months back.  stayed a few nights in Kangaroo Valley. Some quaint little towns, friendly folk , nice pubs.

just got back to the hotel after Milford cruise and several stops on the drive back.

Melting snow caps and overnight rains provided a maginifocient backdrop of waterfalls and fairy mists throughout the cruise from Milford to the Tasman sea.

Relaxing for a bit before heading out to dinner. Thought we'd check out the Fat Duck

Won't this time been before . I drove through Kangaroo Valley today on my way to my daughters event . She did well today in Hacking and Bareback . Tomorrow is Jumps . Had big dinner with friends last night at the hotel too much red wine . The Fat Duck in England is famouse and at one time was voted best restaurant in the World  don't know about the one in Te ANU

Where to next is it Christchurch via Dunedin .

Yes Dunedin for a couple of days then on to Timaru and then Christchurch.

Fat Duck Te Anau no relation to Heston's Michelin star restaurant.

Nothing to shout about

Sounds like a good holiday Jags. When do you get back?
