Already had a lovely breakfast, sitting at daughter's house in the beautiful sunshine, 23 in Adelaide today.



Had strawberries, pineapple, banana with Honey & Yoghurt dressing. Followed by

Omelet on Pannini Bread,Avocado with Ocean Trout slices on Top and bacon too.

Lovely hot coffee.



Son had to go to work early as he's going to Timboon in Victoria this afternoon for work, hence the early breakfast and daughter has to play Hockey.
