We'll get the usual "adjusted" CPI for at least the next twelve months. Don't hold your breath! Seniors are the most ecologically sound people. They don't use much power/energy - they can't afford it. They consume less food - they can't afford it - they don't contribute much damage to the atmoshpere - they can't afford it.
