Maybe its a sign of how old and grumpy I'm getting but this is supposed to be an Aussie site (its .com.au) so why do the dates appear in the American system (Month, Day, Year). Where I come from we put the bloody day FIRST! Then blokes have become "guys", shielas have become "Dolls", chips ( or "chups if you're a Kiwi) have become "Fries" and God knows what else that I haven't caught up with yet - unless you're a teacher and let the kids spell colour "color". Maybe I'm am getting old, probably grumpy too but at least we can still convince the silly bloody yanks that Koalas are "DROP BEARS"! Maybe there's hope for Australia yet?

We Air Force blokes were told we had to feed it to the Aussie sappers on a regular basis

You were quite right about the bromide, you air force chappies never needed bromide,

the reason being that most of you were already Eunuchs!!!! a few made the attempt

with compassionate waafs, only to collapse in a heap.



Now with us Aussie {Warrior} sappers it was a different story, yes we were only

too willing to take the bromide of your hands, we definately needed something

to slow us down , though we drank and ate buckets of it, it had no noticeable effect.

Proof you need???? can I mention the baby boom as one. Happy seth.
