Just chattin!.

I am really not good with heights but before I get too old (probably really am now ) but I still would like to go up the Sydney Harbour Bridge but what if I panicked on top? Peter is not quite "the young bloke I married 34 years ago" and if he carried me at all it would be slung over his shoulder now how could I keep my decorum with that?
It was SO cold this morning walking in the fog 'cause I was alone with Peter still having a very heavy cold and me watching over my shoulder as it is a bit scary at 5.30 am in the fog walking alone albeit I have a heavy torch and my scream which would wake the dead but I do like company walking in the fog in the dark.........
So - Vitamins by the handfull plus Gogi Berry Juice and not too much fat and not too much sugar and my exercise equipment am I in perfect health? I do not think anything works near as much as they say How lucky was I today on special for just $1 a jar a really good face cream going off the market (o.k. o.k. probably because it does not work) I did ask the owner of the shop if it would make me young and beautiful and she said YES and she had an honest face so it should hey? I did buy the lot i.e. 20 jars BUT I could have paid that for one so it has to be a great buy yes?
Phyl. a bit of a dill.

I always knew chocolate was good for me but I can just buy a very small amount otherwise this rather well controlled person can get out of control and eat the lot.

Phyl.

Hey Lulubelle - spoken like a true desperado!!! Love it!! Yes, I am not a complete health nut and I do like my chocolate - I limit myself for the sake of my cholesterol but when I do eat chocolate, it's only the best!!! I particularly like the Lindt chili chocolate.

One of my favourite indulgences is chocolate icecream with wattle seed.Yum!!

(I must say I have interesting tastebuds as I truly, truly, love brussels sprouts.......sick eh?)

Did folk see the lady living in Qld. I think 110 years of age? Enjoys a bit of beer and wine and butter and salt?

Good on her. I really feel we are programmed to live a certain amount of time and my Mum was in her eighties and lived on chocolate as her staple diet and was very slim but she never did over eat.

I was the youngest child and every night of a lot of my schooldays I brought home 1 lb. of sweet biscuits for just my Mum and mainly Dad and me and there were just us three. Every Sunday I rode my bike down to the cake shop and bought 3 dozen cakes every Sunday at that!!.

None of us was ever fat - funny that...........I still have a very sweet tooth >>see the front one :)

I would put weight on though if I did not be a bit careful of what I eat now. I had ice cream with a banana and walnuts and pure Maple Syrup for lunch today but nothing else.............

l o v e r l y :) :)

You can all come over for dinner tonight as I am making my special meatballs with home made spaghetti and for Peter the dreaded Brussel Sprouts :( pumpkin and mash with Phyl's gravy. and apricot sponge and 12% fat cream.

Always something to look forward to.

Phyl.
