It pays to complain

Here is an email I recieved today after hating the new bottles without handles--so hard to hold.

Within the last 12 months you contacted Colgate-Palmolive in relation to the design of our Dynamo 2x Ultra Concentrate bottle. As a result of the feedback received from yourself and other consumers, we are pleased to advise that we are re-designing this bottle to include a handle from early 2010.

We sincerely thank you for taking the time to share your comments with our company, as we actively take the time to listen to our consumers and resolve to act on feedback where we can.

We anticipate the improved design with a handle will be available from your preferred retail outlet from February 2010.

Thank you for your patience while we bring this improved design to the market. We hope that once you have had the opportunity to try the improved bottle that you to continue to share your feedback with our Company via our Consumer Information Service on 1800 802 307 or at www.colgate.com.au.

A nice letter and great to see a company that actually LISTENS to its consumers.

Yes it is good to see but if you don't complian they never know

Terrific Plan B - thanks from me as I loath the new bottle - use Cold Power but same company and same complaint - wet hands cant get a grip on it like with the handle.



Also I only use half of what they recommend and it does the job as well and means they don't get my custom so often which is good for my purse and not for theirs - rofl.....all the way to the Bank!

I lucky I saved an old bottle and transfered into that BUT I did start buying OMO as it has the handle
