Is your biggest wish to own a "Snuggie"

I look at them on tele. and replicas for 1/3rd the price
in the shops and think they are crazy. This is not to say
those of you with Snuggies are not very happy, but to me I like
my back warm lol and as they are one size and one length fits all
I think there could be many trips as they do appear very long.
and with an open back. I would stick to a big warm blanket or old
faithful dressing gowns myself.
I could not sit watching footy. at the MCG in a red snuggie no siree....

Oh gee Phyl, I love my snuggie ,not only cos my lovely grandkids gave it to me but is is warm as.....it is very long, but thats good I can put my feet up and keep my tootsies warm too. but I have been guilty of putting it on back to front if I am in a draugft I look like a dork, but who cares , I'm warm

Seggie. Hello Phyl. I'm with you. Those strange looking things advertised on t.v. and in magazines would leave me cold. Don't like acrylic anything. As far as I'm concerned, there is nothing like pure wool. Hard to find a woollen dressing gown these days and am still wearing the very old one I had many years ago. Anyone know what has happened to Australian wool? Oh yes, I know. It's gone to China but what do they do with it?

I am so happy to see you Tadpole I thought Mick had

run away with you and I would not see my friend again.

.

Anything the grandkids give us is special

I am so glad to know someone who has one and to hear they work.

I am sure you never look a dork - opening at the front seems o.k. to me.

Hi Seggie...I agree we have the best wool but where can you buy

it in Australia. I am a dressing gown person and like nothing better

than having a hot shower these cold nights and into mine and watch tele.

We have had a huge water bill so Peter and I are giving up on our barely

2 minute showers and indulging ourselves for 3-4 minutes as we do not use

much water but we have to pay the basic amount so may as well use a bit more

after all we have had a lot of rain.

Can't say a snuggie is on my wish list but at just $5 each at the

el cheapo shop very cheap although I would think inferior to the

genuine article advertised on tele. I suppose they are made of

Polar fleece so if you did not like it could cut it up into squares and

use it for cleaning cloths as polar fleece is superior to anything else for

cleaning.

Like tadpole I would be wearing it opening to the front.

Hi Yaretzi. I know what you mean re polar fleece for cleaning and

so cheap by the metre especialy for the car and bath etc.

.

Both Peter and I use our Vib. Platform three times a day for

10 mins. and we still love it.

Hope yours arrives this week as I know how excited you are.

If your sister is staying down our way this weekend tell her to come on over.

All the best

Phyl.

Here we all have been worrying about you and mick00 disappearing,

with Phyl and Peters wobble board, we all know what mickooo is like

your husband was brandishing a knife and threatening something bad to mick,

mick appeared, spewing out vile insults with a pack of lies about the repat.

and all the time there you were snuggled up in a snuggle.

What a let down for all of our worry? I feel very disappointed.

Disappointed worrier seth.

I have a few wonderful dressing gowns made of -not polar fleece but a much softer fabic and they are sooo warm--and sooo soft and wash very well--I am afraid the snuggie does not do it for me--at all
