Improves health and wellbeing.

Takes a minute only:-

1. Find a place quiet.

2. Sit down

3. Relax your legs and feet

4. Sit up straight

5. Set your alarm for exactly one minute.

6. Let your hands and shoulders Relax .

7. Close your eyes.

8. Focus all your attention on your breathing.

9. When the alarm sounds, stop.

I do this every now and again during the day and it does
relax anyone remembers to do it, and worth the effort.
Good health

I have a clock on top of the computer desk and did my minute

a couple of times yesterday and again today and it does help

Thanks Phyl I am so glad you told us about MSM and Resveratrol and

the vibration machine and we use all every day (not the running machine

though but thinking on it) Phyl did you buy that through TVSN as well?

Are you still taking Iodine?

Off to vote now.

This sounded very tempting, however on following the above

instructions found it impossible to get past {3}

Tried for three days, with the same results. every time

I did{3} I fell into a deep sleep, waking 4 hours later.

Although feeling relaxed I will not attempt it again.

as I am quite sore from the pummeling to my arms

by my wife trying to wake me, also sick of being called lazy

and useless. Please no more advice. stay with cooking.

vibrating and relaxed seth.

Peter and I are doing a 10 day detox (yes I did have to bribe Peter)

er but he is still kicking and screaming a bit.............

I sent a way for 6 bottles of Liver Mate and yes from TVSN. Finding

the 12 extra capsules added to the around 30 (mostly vitamins) we

take every day quite tiring to take lol but just two days into the detox

and I think my liver must be a tad angry because I am a bit grumpy.

Still taking MSM and Resvertatrol etc. etc. lol.

Yaretzi, I took the Iodine for a short time but not continually now.

You will improve at Snooker beyond belief with all the relaxing Seth.

Beautiful Monday morning - still cold though and Melbourne

has been very cold the last week - we have had SO much rain surely

we will not be restricted for water this coming Summer.

All the best

What a wonderful way to fill in the day, just continue taking

all those vitamins, I just loved the idea of liver mate, I had visions

of piles of liver using onions as a mate, you never mentioned

what kind of liver though. there is plenty of cats around so I

might try cat's liver with onions and garlic and a touch of chilli.

so I might try cat’s liver

Good to see you doing your bit for the environment seth.

Maybe try it with easter bunny and toast.

You will get liver in a minute >:(

You need a good spanking - your Mother spoilt you.

Anyway when you see us walking along completely detoxed

you will be jealous and begging for the address to send for Liver Mate and

probably also begging for my Mollases cake recipe....

Come on over and help us defrost our huge freezer could you?

It is SO big Peter has to hold my feet while I get in the bottom to get the bits out lol

Funny sight but then again I got stuck upside down on my upsidedown machine

again yesterday with a stitch in the side and battling to right myself up

with the two cats sitting on my chest

Yep funny sight I suppose but not

funny to me at the time.

Be good

You see what happens when taking too many happy pills?

Spelling is the first to go!! I just know you meant 'intoxicated"

Now that is why you got stuck upside down,

One can't help but feel sorry for Peter.

I will give you sorry in a minute Seth >:(

BTW you should be afraid - very afraid of anyone in the middle of a detox I tell you >:(

Peter is lucky to have me and I tell him this E.V.E.R.Y. day.

No he cannot run away I hide the keys to the car and lock up all

his clothes .

Seggie. Now how on earth can anyone of us feel low when we can read Phyl. and Seth's contributions? A sense of humour doesn't cost anything and allied with that, a smile

from the heart says it all. Love you both.

If any of us can give any other person a bt of fun and a laugh

it is good Seggie. Thank you and we love you too.

Hope you are well and happy and every day an adventure.

I agree Seth is a good bloke and a lot of fun. Was a good day

he ambled along after snooker one day and found this forum

and a good day you did the same Seggie (not after snooker ) but

just looking for a light on and came in for coffee hey :)

Hope you wander over to Latrobe Valley and have coffeee and cake with me.

Not happy Jan on this de-tox though - only 6 more days to go.

All the best

Phyl.

What a great morning, the sun streaming through the lounge windows,

the wife and I were sitting there enjoying a hot coffee, watching the

beehive of activity with parents dropping of their children at school,

The dew gleaming in the sun, it's good to be alive.

A welcome change after the cold snap, even the vegie garden is

coming alive with the silver beet, onions and garlic.starting to show

signs of life and with snooker at the club tomorrow, all is well. seth.

P.S. Phyl, a wobble board may have enhanced the contentment.
