Impossible Pies
The newsletter this week has recipes for Impossible Pies which sound great however, I am alllergic to coconut, has anyone alternative suggestions for this ingredient or other similar 'impossible' recipes which do not use it?

There'll be others more expert than me who will hopefully answer. But you might consider milk for wet, or plain flour for dry (ingredient).
You could also simply google 'coconut substitute/cooking', if there are no more replies.
