Have you got a Dan Murphy's membership card?

I've been a member for only a couple of months. I'd resisted because I usually don't like signing up for those type of things. Even when I got it, I only really had it scanned so I could have a chance of winning an overseas holiday. But I've been using it a lot more lately to my benefit.

For example, I bought a six-pack of beer last month that was usually valued at $22.70 – for $10!! So now I always keep an eye out for the member specials. Last week, two bottles of shiraz that would usually have totalled $49, only cost me $30. Yesterday, I bought a slab of Atomic Pale Ale, which would usually have cost me $74, for only $40.

I just thought it worth mentioning, as we're all looking to save a buck here and there. And before anyone asks: no, I'm not an alcoholic (although that's probably what an alcoholic would say!) and this is not a sponsored YLC advert! 

Does anyone else know of great discounts on alcoholic beverages? Or any discount outlets?
