Home-made 10 Minute Noodles

These are great if you want something different and filling. It's also healthy because you can limit the salt and oil content, as well as the sauce you want. Serves 4.

Ingredients:
2 Eggs, 1 Cup of Water, A pinch of salt, 3 cups of Plain Flour.

Utensils:
A Flat Grater (metal) & an Egg Flip

Method:
Bring a saucepan of water and 1 tablespoon of Virgin Oil to boiling point, by adding a small pinch of salt you can make the water boil hotter and the noodles will be ready in less time. Mix all the ingredients at the same time. Make sure that the pastry mix is elastic not runny. Use more flour if you think it's too loose. When the water has boiled, lay the grater over the saucepan and spoon the mixture on. Use the Egg Flip to make the noodles, by scraping the mixture towards you until it's gone. Do this until all the pastry is gone. Use a Spoon to stir the noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and place on a plate or in a bowl with a creamy or tomato sauce.
