I may have posted on this before, not sure. There was a segment on one of the current affairs progs on grandparents having their g'kids left with them to bring up. It was interesting, and the question of financial assistance was mooted.
Not being a g'parent myself, I can't offer much.
But it sounds like a good idea for the enews.
