What you need is a surgical patch , clear transparent patch the hospitals place over wounds after surgery last for weeks. i think you can buy them from chemist shops. they are called Comfeel Coloplast and come in various sises manufactured in Denmark by Coloplast A/S Dk-3050Denmark. They use this product in hospitals here so you should be able to get at a local chemist.Wobbly.

I have used what they call Op site--they allow you to shower and are waterproof--can get different sizes at the chemist

If the patches you are refering to are replacement therapy save yourself the bother as they also drove me nuts trying to keep them on years ago , if you dont have satifaction with the coloplast which you can cut to size with scissors more economical ,wish i had known about this product years ago.I ended up having implant placed just under skin at top of arm, replaced every 12 months ,simple painless procedure took 5 minutes and solved all problems within hours. procedure done by my G.P. during normal consultation.Good luck .Wobbly.

OPsite is another product very similar as PlanB has suggested, Will do exactly the same job,and may be easier to find in the chemist, I had forgotten about opsite ,, PLANB . Wobbly.
