healthy "takeaway"

Whenever you make a lasagne, mornay, curry, fish pie, stew or the like, always make a small 'extra one'. That way when you come home late or tired you can just throw it in the microwave when you get home. Quicker than a takeaway, healthier for you and by the time you have brought the washing in, or had a shower, tea will be ready. Great for when the kids just drop in unexpectedly too.


I always cook enough for two or three people and freeze the extras as meals. Sure makes life easier, not having to cook every day, but still have a good meal.
