Over the past 6 months I have lost 13kg and my wife 10kg and it really has been quite easy. Forget the fad diets just watch what you eat, drink plenty of water and go for a walk each day. We still enjoy our bottle of wine but providing you do some exercise each day, you will lose weight. Its all about burning off more than you eat. We started about half an hour walk and have gradually increased to an hour. Give it a go, you'll feel better for it...
