Health Hint

Over the past 6 months I have lost 13kg and my wife 10kg and it really has been quite easy. Forget the fad diets just watch what you eat, drink plenty of water and go for a walk each day. We still enjoy our bottle of wine but providing you do some exercise each day, you will lose weight. Its all about burning off more than you eat. We started about half an hour walk and have gradually increased to an hour. Give it a go, you'll feel better for it...

congratulations frased for you and your wife losing all that weight,you must both be really proud of your achievement and rightly so,

you both must feel like new people and it didn't cost you an arm and a leg,

Breathing is a big help in longevity.

Walk 5 hours minimum a day. so should be down to 20 lbs and have zero chance of dying

I think exercise for the sake of it is uneccsary . The brain is a huge burner of calories that combined with normal everyday activity and a calorie restricted diet is enough . Don't put your body under strain ...

So what do people unable to walk far do to get fitter..........eat less / drink alcohol less / DON'T SMOKE.
