Hash Browns.............(Better than Macca's)

One potato per person.

Wash your potatoes well.
Don't bother peeling them just grate them into a bowl.
Add Salt and pepper and a dessert spoonful of plain flour per spud.
Mix well and get some oil hot in fry pan.
Spoon in about four serves of mixture per average size pan or simply cook on your BBQ plate.
Turn the heat low now to allow the HB to cook through.
Invert the HB to brown the flip side.

For a change you could chop in some Onion/ Chili/ Herbs/ Nutmeg.

The secret is to keep them fairly thin and cook for about 10-15 mins each.
