Garlic Bread

Do you like garlic bread? As I live alone, I've tried several recipe's This one works. As I use the electric frypan for most food I cook, I thought I'd try wrapping a small dinner roll in foil, after I had filled it with the usual butter, garlic and herbs. Place it in the frypan, leave it to cook, alongside whatever it is you're cooking. Came out beautifully. Crisp on the bottom, soaked in the herbs and garlic inside. Really good.

Clever you Bev. I will try that with a couple tomorrow night.

Yes I love the Garlic brad as well and often do it that way or in the oven if I am using that

I very rarely use the oven - so slow to heat up. Uses too much power. I guess the last time I used it was a couple of years ago, when my family was here, and we needed to have a bigger roast than I could provide in a frypan. By the way, the electric frypan I use is the one I received as a wedding present in 1963. Still works well.

Yes Bev they sure last ages--I have given my older one to my Son and I bought the bigger one--
