Fun & Games section - Aussie Daily Crossword & Word Search missing

Hi all,

Every morning for the past 5 years, I go to the Fun & Games section and I do the Aussie daily crossword, daily trivia quiz & word search.

My 8 year old granddaughter loves the word search!

Now suddenly, the Aussie crossword and Word search have disappeared from the Fun & Games.

Does anyone know why and if they will return?

Hi Ian,

You may need to change your browser. It doesn't work for me in Chrome but does work in Firefox and Safari browsers on a Mac laptop.

I use Firefox too but have Windows 10

Thanks for the replies.

Suze - The ones I am referring to are middle row, far right and bottom row, third from the left.

RnR - I use safari on an iPad.

Never had a problem up until the other day and the Trivia Quiz is still accessible, as are all the others in Fun n Games.

As I said Ian , those work OK for me using Safari and Firefox on my Mac laptop. 

No idea why they aren't working on your iPad. Have you tried the old "turn completely off" and then "power-up, try again" trick. No other advice to offer ... good luck.

Thanks for that.

I now have it sorted - I am using Firefox for Aussie Crosswords and Wordsearch 

& Safari for those that still work.

Bit of a PITA but working.

I used to do the quiz area, but have not done that for some months, has it changed I have not had the time to return due to the stroke it will probably be too difficult for me now anyway.  But I need to learn to read again, I seem to be getting the hang of it slowly!   But of course a woman's work is never done as I need to prepare breakfast and then lunch, so that area of quizzes is a luxury I don't have anymore.  May be another year if I life that long!

Thanks RnR, the meat is cooking!   Smells nice, lets hope in two hours the meat is tender and tastes ok. 

I think I will make some scones and then I will have a snooze for 20 minutes, I read somewhere that during the day if you sleep more than that it spoils the body's clock!  

Yesterday we got a guy into look at our sail that covers the fernery that was ripped so this time I thought about have two smaller sails with a skirt on!    We will have a quite first, I hate to think what it will cost.

However, hubby has been spending the passed week ringing up firms that didn't respond to his emails or phone calls, then I found another guy.  He doesn't live far from us, however, he runs his business the other side of the Swan River to us! 

I need to protect the fernery from the sun of summer, having said that you can see I am expecting the rain to stop!  LOL   It has hardly stopped here in Perth for six weeks or more here.
