Favourite slow cook recipes

Hi all About Seniors subscribers. I'm trying to simplify my family's home life by getting a few more hours in the day. I thought that a slow cooker, which can be loaded with ingredients and left to do its thing, would be a great way of providing a healthy meal and save time in the kitchen. But what can I cook? Any recipes for soups, stews or curries would be most welcome. Please send them to debbie@aboutseniors.com.au. Thank you
