I was dismayed to discover that David Jones charge an additional $10.00 fee to layby! The arugument from an embarrassed sales person was it's aboutspace and people not returning to pick up layby's ...crikey this is outrageous, especially to us pensioners who who live, dress, wear decent shoes and gifts etc. via layby's!

I wonder have other retailers introduced a similar fee.
