English Country Dancing  -  what is it?

Well it's gentle excercise for the body and brain and a good, fun way to keep fit and socialise.

All dances are taught in a friendly atmosphere of fun, laughter and much merriment.

Come along by yourself or with a partner, you'll be made most welcome.
